In December 2015 at the 45-year official dinner of our law firm we gave a promise: to proceed with the radical renovation and expansion of our offices in Larnaca, thus helping to revive the economy of our city.

With feelings of joy and pride we present to you the result of a major challenge, which allows our Law Firm to provide its staff and eclectic clientele with a modern, well-equipped and technologically advanced workplace, study, meeting and training place, to be able to satisfy our law firm’s needs and those of its clients for the upcoming decades.

This challenging task of simultaneously carrying out the renovation work and continuing our work in our old offices was entrusted to one person. A person whose creativity, design, incomparable taste, contemporary aesthetics, professionalism and organization were the essential ingredients for the realization of this unique project.

This person is none other than my brother in law and chartered surveyor Andreas Andreou, who with his team of collaborators worked hard and tirelessly for a year now to hand over to us these modern facilities. We publicly express our deep gratitude and thanks to Andreas, whose creations will stay solid and vivid in our offices for years to come, as well as all his associates for their credible, timely and excellent work.

The open plan, bright and airy workspaces, the new meeting rooms, the central office library, the elevated waiting room for our clients, the innovative way of organizing our clients’ files, the modern furnishings, the energy saving installations, the living walls are tangible examples of how our law firm's offices left behind the architecture and decoration of the past century for good.

Such a project would not be complete if we did not proceed with both the technological upgrading and the enrichment of our library.

Thanks to the services of Hellenic Technical and our technical department staff, we have managed to install a pioneering system with which we achieved, among other things, the electronic connection of our offices here in Larnaca with our offices in Nicosia and Paphos. We have installed a new computer and server network, the latest software, a new videoconferencing system, new printers / scanners and photocopiers, and a modern alarm and security system.

We set the foundations for an office in the city center of Larnaca with minimal paper consumption, energy and respect for the environment.

We made a major investment by strengthening our legal library with the most recent edition of the English legal series Halsbury's Laws of England, completing the volumes of the ALL ENGLAND LAW REPORTS and the volumes of the Cypriot legal series of Supreme Court Decisions.

With the above we have made our law firm fully equipped and organized to serve its clients in the 21st century.

With the approval of the Management Committee of our office building, we made repairs to the outside of the building, making it more secure for all owners, visitors and residents. We would like to thank the Management Committee and all the other owners of our office building publicly for their understanding and cooperation all these months.

All this time, we have had the full support and solid support of our office staff, which responded magnificently to the challenges we encountered during the renovation and we thank them for their positive attitude and support once again.

The support and the constant trust in our Law Firm from our associates and customers, which has been demonstrated for 47 years shows that Andreas Coucounis & CO LLC is a Law Firm that fulfills its promises, achieves its goals, and fully serves its clients’ interests.
