The Law Firm of Andreas Coucounis & Co LLC successfully represented Y. Karydas Car Engineering & Valeting Services Ltd before the Cypriot Commission for the Protection of Competition in its complaint against Hermes Airports Limited relating to the latter’s abuse of its dominant position in the exclusive use and management of Larnaca’s International Airport in Cyprus and more specifically in its licensing of the Airport’s parking facilities.

The Cypriot Commission for the Protection of Competition unanimously decided to impose a fine of €1.193.864 on Hermes Airports Ltd.
