Theseus Village AGM at Aphrodite Hills Resort-Coucounis advises British expats and Management Committees in the world-renowned APHRODITE HILLS RESORT

Following our law firm’s success in securing a court injunction preventing one of the owners of a property in Theseus Village at Aphrodite Hills Resort, in Kouklia, Paphos, from changing the external look of his property in violation of the law and of the Owners’ General Agreement relating to Theseus Village, we were invited to speak at Theseus Village’s Annual General Meeting in late March 2023.

Our law firm’s CEO Mr Tasos Coucounis had the opportunity to answer very pressing questions the owners of properties on Theseus Village had in relation to extensions to their existing properties, as well as to deal with issues relating to the Management-Administrative Committee of Theseus Village. The rights and obligations of all parties were diligently explained in order for all to know how to go about changes in the Village.
