The CEO of the law firm of Andreas Coucounis & Co LLC, Mr Tasos Coucounis,participated, in the Arbitrators’ Panel of the Pre-Moot Event at UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) CYPRUS’ School of Law and the Cyprus Arbitration & Mediation Centre, on 17t

The CEO of the law firm of Andreas Coucounis & Co LLC, Mr Tasos Coucounis, was invited to participate, for the second year in a row, in the Arbitrators’ Panel of the Pre-Moot Event organized by UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) CYPRUS’ School of Law and the Cyprus Arbitration & Mediation Centre, on 17^th of February 2018.

The Pre-Moot Event gave the opportunity to the participating law students to present their arguments and be subject to intense questioning by the Arbitrators Panel in preparation for their participation in the oral arguments rounds of the 25^th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition (https://vismoot.pace.edu/) which take place in Vienna, Austria, in March 2018.

The law firm was honoured to have its CEO selected, once again, as one of the 3 Arbitrators of the Pre-Moot Event, a fact that further stresses the importance given by its lawyers in assisting the law student community and the university community of Larnaca in furthering their aspirations.
