Litigation Success-Coucounis assists 2 Italian investors recovering funds in a forex/investments scam and fraud

We are thrilled to announce that our litigation team succeeded in obtaining a judgment by consent to the favor of our clients, 2 Italian investors, in two separate claims, recovering funds from a Cypriot Investment Firm (a Forex and Investments broker) whose license has been suspended and later withdrawn by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Our clients had been induced to open trading accounts and make significant deposits to be invested by the defendant Cypriot Investment Firm and were promised great profits and were the victims of a forex/investments scam and fraud by the said company.

We filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client and managed to obtain a freezing injunction against the Cypriot Investment Firm freezing which culminated in the settlement to the favor of our clients and recovery of their investment funds.
