The Law Firm of Andreas Coucounis & Co LLC proudly announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Tasos Coucounis, has successfully passed the Advanced Examination in the Financial Services Regulatory Framework, organized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

The exam is considered to be one of the most demanding and difficult professional exams in Cyprus.

This professional qualification enables our law firm to broaden the spectrum of the services it provides to the financial services industry of Cyprus, allowing it to attract and assist foreign and local clientele wishing to establish various types of funds in Cyprus, e.g. UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Funds, AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), but also wishing to obtain licenses for Cypriot Investment Firms through which to provide their services to the whole of the European Union.

It also allows our law firm to increase its work in the field of advisory legal services that relate to the legal aspects of financial services in Cyprus.
