Litigation Success-Coucounis assists British expats and Management Committees in the world-renowned APHRODITE HILLS RESORT in nuisance, trespass and breach of General Agreement claims

We are thrilled to announce that our litigation team has succeeded in obtaining an interim injunction in the favor of our clients, British expats, owners of a villa in Zephyros Village in the world-renowned APHRODITE HILLS golf resort, against their neighbor owner to stop immediately all works to build an annex to his flat causing nuisance and trespass to the property of our clients and the APHRODITE HILLS resort and violating the Owners General Agreement.

Furthermore, in a separate 2^nd lawsuit, the Management Committee of Theseus Village, through our law firm, succeeded in obtaining yet another interim order preventing one of the owners of a property in the Village from changing the external look of his property in violation of the  Owners General Agreement relating to Theseus Village.
